The Unity package includes an optimised version that can be uploaded to Quest, though it is not Quest optimised.
Dynamic bones are not included, but they are recommended for the ears and tail.

You may use this avatar for streaming, including using apps such as VSeeFace
You may edit the base model and textures in any way, for personal use
You may sell edits to the model and/or textures, as long as both parties own the avatar
Unallowed use:
You may not redistribute this avatar
You may not use this avatar for commercial purposes
You may not create public versions of this avatar
